Overview

At SlyksResale, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the information below carefully so you understand how refunds and returns work for both digital and physical products.


Digital Products (Supplier Links)

Our digital products consist of supplier and sourcing links, delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the digital nature of these products:

  • once the links have been delivered, they are considered accessed

  • digital products cannot be returned

For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Physical Products (Pre-Owned Items)

All physical items sold by SlyksResale are pre-owned and carefully inspected before dispatch. Item condition is clearly described on each product listing.

Mystery bundles are curated at random. Refunds will not be issued based on preference, brand selection, colour, or size

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • change of mind

  • Products may have minor wear and stains as its pre owned

  • incorrect sizing

  • personal preference

However, if an item arrives:

  • heavily damaged

  • or not as described

please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
