Digital Products (Supplier Links)
Our digital products consist of supplier and sourcing links, delivered instantly after purchase.
Due to the digital nature of these products:

once the links have been delivered, they are considered accessed

digital products cannot be returned
For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products (Pre-Owned Items)
All physical items sold by SlyksResale are pre-owned and carefully inspected before dispatch. Item condition is clearly described on each product listing.
Mystery bundles are curated at random. Refunds will not be issued based on preference, brand selection, colour, or size
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

- Products may have minor wear and stains as its pre owned

incorrect sizing

personal preference
